The Office Administrator plays a crucial role in shaping and maintaining company culture. We need someone who is excited to take on all types of tasks within the office from researching to maintaining client relationships and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. We need someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly and responds quickly, cooly, and calmly to inquiries, requests and concerns.
Responsibilities Include:
- • Coordinating office activities and operations
- • Manage agendas/appointments etc. for the upper management
- • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Required Skills/Experience
- • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- • High school diploma
- • Excellent oral and written communication skills
- • Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
- • Highly organized and flexible
- • Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
- • Must be self directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
- • Maintains staff confidentiality
- • Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software

You will be focused on building, executing, and delivering exceptional integrated marketing solutions. You will be accountable for client management and project management.
Required Skills/Experience
- 1-3 years of relevant sales experience
- Cold calling and new business generation skills
- A dynamic personality with an ability to influence and persuade internal and external stakeholders
- Passion for selling online advertising and direct marketing (local or national digital advertising are a plus)
- Sales/business development experience in the Entertainment, Live Events and Restaurant space is a plus
- being technically savvy is a must in order to succeed in this role
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, very high activity sales role
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing
- A College Diploma (Preferred but not required)
