Workshop

Your time with us to analyse, collaborate, ideate and brainstorm the 'why' of the project — forming the brief for how we're going to solve it.

The digital world is spinning faster than ever, so we're constantly learning from, and inspired by, what other online experiences are doing well (and not well) by researching the best of the best.

Scope of Work

The commitment stage, between us and you, to make sure we're all aligned on the deliverables, key milestones, additions or considerations, and ensuring you're getting exactly what we're promising.

Strategy & Creative

The work done on a product, especially a film or broadcast program before full-scale production begins. Elements of video production such as the script, casting, location scouting, equipment and crew, and the shot list all happen during pre-production.

IA

Information architecture is where we connect the dots, pulling everything we know into a simple structure. It’s planning the house from the ground up, so there’s no nasty surprises (or rogue doorways).

UX Design

Great, online experiences are useful, usable and desirable. We deep-dive into our users mindsets to inform who they are, what they need to know, and when. We want to know what makes them tick, and avoid what makes them ticked off.

UI Designs

This is the pinch-me moment, when you’ll want to share the digital prototypes with everyone and anyone — it’s seeing everything come together, all shiny and new online, with your brand at the centre.

Development

Web development is the work involved in developing a Web site for the Internet. Web development can range from developing a simple single static page of plain text to complex Web-based Internet applications.

Front-end Development

A technical language, magically visualised — everything you can see, touch, push, swipe, click and play. The icing on the digital cake.

Back-end Development

The back-end is what you can't see, but would be lost without. The iceberg beneath the water and the foundations of the structure. We build it with you in mind, so when the time is right, you can take it and run!

Content Population

This is where we add the flavour to the pasta, adding all the content that brings a website to life. Content usually includes copy, photography, iconography, videos, animation and interactive entertainment.

Staging

Your staging link is like going on your first date. A clone of your 'live' site, that you can engage with and explore whether you're ready to make it official.

Testing & UAT

This is the final curtain call, where any little bug or issue is flushed out and you get the chance to give us the all clear. We want to make sure you're 110% happy before we cross the finish line.

Launch

We're live! Time to pop a well-deserved champagne for a job well done (after a comprehensive handover so you can hit the ground running from day dot!)
